Join us for this complimentary program that teaches beauty techniques to women with cancer to help combat the appearance-related side effects of treatment. Space is limited and all participants must register in order to receive a free cosmetic kit!
Dialogue-Cancer Support Group
Monthly meetings every 1st Tuesday 6:00 - 7:30 pm
The group is for individuals coping with various kinds of cancer, including patients, their families, and friends. It provides an opportunity for those touched with cancer to share their experiences and assists them in learning how to live with cancer.
Coping with Breast Cancer
Monthly meetings every 2nd Tuesday 6:00 - 7:30 pm
The group is for women coping with breast cancer
and offers an uplifting, safe place for women to come and share their common experiences, problems and solutions,
as well as obtain information regarding community resources.
Man to Man - Cancer Support Group
Monthly meetings every 3rd Tuesday 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
This group is for men coping with cancer and is designed to promote education and emotional encouragement in a safe and uplifting setting.
Yoga for Your Health 
YOGA WILL NOT BE MEETING FOR THE SUMMER (JUNE-AUGUST); MEETINGS WILL RESUME IN SEPTEMBER.
Weekly meetings every Thursday 6:00-7:00 p.m. (Bring your own mat)
For overall wellness, Yoga can help your body with healing, maintaining a stable relationship, and finding peace and relaxation.
"I Can Cope"Educational Classes for People Facing Cancer
North Cypress Medical Center and The American Cancer Society proudly co-sponsor the I Can Cope classes on a periodic basis.
"I Can Cope" is a structured educational program for adults with cancer and their family members and friends. It is designed to assist participants in coping with various aspects of the cancer experience by providing relevant knowledge and enhancing the skills needed for self-care. Topics include nutrition, general cancer information, treatment, resources, coping skills as well as others.

On-Line Support/Discussion Group
Through the American Cancer Society’s Cancer Survivor’s Network, a variety of on-line support/discussion groups are available for individuals with cancer and their loved-ones. Topics range from specific disease sites to emotional support to humor to many other issues. These forums are available to post questions, answers, or comments about various aspects of your cancer experience such as diagnosis, treatment, relationships, or taking care of someone with cancer.
