Adjusting to life after a heart attack, cardiac surgery or other cardiac event is one of life's most difficult challenges.

Join our Helping Hearts Support Group!

The goal of this monthly FREE meeting is to provide education and support to individuals and their family members that have undergone a cardiac event in a compassionate environment. Each month a different topic of interest will be presented for those who have experienced a cardiac event. Presentations will be followed by an informal question and answer session where participants can also share individual experiences.

All Support Group meetings will be held in the North Cypress Conference Center located in the hospital lobby.
