"Mind Matters"
Adjusting to life after a stroke is one of life's most difficult challenges.
Join our "Mind Matters" Stroke Support Group!
The goal of this monthly FREE meeting is to provide education and support to individuals and their family members that have undergone a stroke in a compassionate environment. Each month a different topic of interest will be presented followed by an informal question and answer session where participants may share individual experiences. This Support Group is open to the public and is available for anyone to attend.
All Support Group meetings will be held from 6:00 to 7:00pm in the North Cypress Conference Center located in the hospital lobby.
