Once a consult from your physician is received, a Pulmonary Rehab Evaluation with the multi-disciplinary team will be scheduled. Following the evaluation, an individualized treatment plan will be developed. Throughout the Pulmonary Rehab Program, patients are carefully monitored by Respiratory Therapists who assess vital signs and oxygen saturation. Treatment is adjusted as needed.
